Customer Guarantee and Refund Policy
Justice for All Series 2025–2026
1. Our Guarantee
CS-GB CIC is committed to delivering a high-quality, inclusive, and engaging experience across the Justice for All Series that encourages informed debate and inspires action. We commit to ensuring that:
• All speakers, panel sessions, Q&A and networking forums will be delivered to the best of our ability.
• Any changes to the programme of each event will be communicated promptly and transparently.
• The Old Bailey, London (the ‘venue’) will be accessible, safe, and professionally managed.
• Our service to you will always be responsive and respectful.
If we fall short of these standards, we encourage you to contact us. This guarantee ensures your confidence in our services.
2. Refund Policy
2.1. Cancellations by Attendees
• Series Pass – Up to 30 days before the start of the Series: Full refund minus a 25% administrative fee.
• Event Pass – Up to 30 days before that event: 50% refund.
• After 30 days before each event: No refund, except in cases of documented emergencies (see Section 2.3).
2.2. Ticket Transfers
Tickets are transferable to another individual up to 48 hours before each event. Please email us at info@justiceseries.org with the new attendee’s details.
2.3. Exceptional Circumstances
Refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis for:
• Medical emergencies (with documentation)
• Bereavement
Requests for refunds must be submitted in writing to info@justiceseries.org within 7 days of the event.
3. Event Cancellations or Changes
If the event is cancelled or rescheduled by Justice for All Series:
• Full refunds will be issued if the event is cancelled.
• If rescheduled, attendees may choose to transfer their ticket or request a full refund.
Please note that the option for refunds is intended to address situations where the event/s falls short of our guarantee and your reasonable expectations. We encourage open communication throughout each event and across the Series to address any concerns promptly and we will seek to provide opportunities to meet any concerns you may have in a timely manner.
4. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please email info@justiceseries.org with:
• Your full name and ticket reference
• Reason for the refund request
• Any supporting documentation (if applicable)
To qualify for a refund for an event in the Justice for All Series, you must have registered and attended that specific event for which you are seeking a refund. We expect attendees to be actively engaged and committed to the event. We may contact you if clarification or resolution is needed.
Refunds will be considered on a case-by-case basis for exceptional circumstances as outlined in paragraph 2.3 above. We aim to process all refund requests within 30 business days.
