Each event brings together leaders from across law, politics, business, academia, and civil society to examine justice through a different lens—from historical foundations to future funding models.

Held in one of the most significant legal venues in the world, each evening runs from 6:00pm to 8:30pm, and includes a keynote speech, a chaired panel discussion, structured audience contributions, and a private dinner for selected guests. Attendance is by invitation, with a limited number of spaces allocated to each sector to ensure a balanced and representative room.

Frequently Asked Questions

The Justice for All Series is a year-long programme of high-level events held at the Central Criminal Court (Old Bailey) in London. Each event brings together leaders from law, politics, business, academia, and civil society to explore the future of justice in the UK through dialogue, research, and policy framing.

The Series is chaired by Alderman Robert Hughes-Penney, Sheriff-Elect of the City of London for 2025/26, and delivered by CS-GB CIC in partnership with the City of London Corporation. Research support is provided by RAND Europe, and the Series is made possible through the support of sponsors including Serco, Sodexo and Rathbones. Additional support provided by DWF and TechStart.

All events take place in the Great Hall of the Central Criminal Court (Old Bailey), one of the most historic and symbolic legal venues in the world.

Attendance is at first by invitation, with limited places available for individuals working in the legal profession, public service, policy, academia, business, and the third sector. We aim for a balanced and diverse room of participants for every session.

Yes. To express your interest, register online with your name, role, and a short note on why you’d like to attend. You may also use the form on our Attend page.

There is a charge to attend the Series. Attendance includes access to the full event programme, briefing materials and access to research papers prepared by RAND Europe.

Due to the sensitive and open nature of discussions, events will not be livestreamed. However, select content such as keynote remarks and post-event summaries may be published online or included in the final capstone report in Summer 2026. Photography and Videography will be taken at the events.

Topics are selected in consultation with our advisory group based on relevance to justice sector reform, alignment with UN Sustainable Development Goal 16, and input from stakeholders across sectors.

The insights, recommendations and evidence gathered across the five events will be synthesised into a capstone report, to be published in Summer 2026. This report will be shared with policymakers, legal bodies, civic institutions, and Series participants.

You can sign up to receive updates, briefings and invitations via our Register Interest form. For press enquiries or direct questions, contact info@justiceseries.org.
