The Book is priced at £25.00
Delivery costs are calculated at checkout based on Royal Mail pricing
All prices are listed in GBP (£)We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders already placed.

4. Ordering Process
Orders are placed via our website using a secure checkout powered by WooCommerce and Stripe.
When you place an order:
You will receive an email confirming receipt of your order
A contract is formed once the order is accepted and payment is successfully processed
We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order if:
Payment is not authorised
The item is unavailable
There is an obvious pricing or listing error

Payments are processed securely via Stripe.
We accept major debit and credit cards.
We do not store your payment details.

6. Delivery
Orders are fulfilled and dispatched from our UK office.
Delivery is handled via Royal Mail
Estimated delivery times will be provided at checkout
We aim to dispatch orders within 2 to 5 working days

Risk in the goods passes to you upon delivery.

7. Ownership of Goods
Ownership of the Book transfers to you once:

The item has been dispatched

The Book is sold for personal use only and may not be reproduced, distributed, or resold without permission.

9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
We shall not be liable for indirect or consequential losses
Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product
Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

10. Governing Law
These Terms of Sale are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.

Refund Policy

1. Overview
We aim to ensure every customer is satisfied with their purchase. This policy outlines when refunds or replacements may be issued.

2. Physical Goods (Books)
Under UK consumer law, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the item.
To be eligible for a refund:
The Book must be returned in unused and resalable condition
You must notify us within 14 days of delivery
You then have a further 14 days to return the item.

3. Return Process

4. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item:

If your Book arrives damaged or incorrect:

Provide photos where possible

A replacement, or
A full refund (including delivery costs)
6. Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
Items that have been used, damaged, or altered by the customer

7. Cancellations Before Dispatch
If you wish to cancel your order before it has been dispatched, please contact us immediately.
If the order has not yet been shipped, a full refund will be issued.
