The Rt Hon Theresa May MP served as Prime Minister of the United Kingdom from 2016 to 2019 and Home Secretary from 2010 to 2016. She led major reforms in policing, counter-terrorism, and modern slavery legislation, introducing the landmark Modern Slavery Act 2015. A longstanding advocate for justice and human rights, she continues to champion efforts to tackle exploitation and support victims. Minister of State for Prisons, Probation and Reducing Reoffending

Lord Timpson OBE was appointed Minister of State for Prisons, Probation and Reducing Reoffending in July 2024. Previously, as Chief Executive of Timpson Group (2002–2024), he championed the employment of former prisoners, demonstrating the power of business in rehabilitation. At the Justice for All Summit, he will share insights on reducing reoffending through employment, business initiatives, and policy reform.
